Booking at Palm Beauty & Aesthetics
When booking an appointment at Palm Beauty Aesthetics, you agree to our policies outlined below. If Palm Beauty Aesthetics are not available to carry out your treatment(s) through circumstances beyond their control, Palm Beauty Aesthetics reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative date or cancel the booking.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason within 48hrs of your appointment, this will result in 50% of the treatment cost being charged. Cancelling or rescheduling for any reason within 24hrs of your appointment will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged. If you cancel three times consecutively, you will not be able to rebook. All cancellations must be acknowledged by Palm Beauty Aesthetics. Extreme circumstances and/or a medical emergency will be taken into consideration. *Please note if you need to tweak your booking or amend any treatments this must be done 48 hours in advance to avoid occurring a late fee.
No Show
If you fail to show up for your appointment without communication, your captured card will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and no future bookings will be accepted.
Running Late
If you are late for your appointment, this may result in your appointment being shortened, with the full treatment cost still being incurred or even rescheduled.
Health & Safety
The safety and well-being of Palm Beauty Aesthetic's clients are of top priority, which is why we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic. Minors are allowed in the salon upon request and only if supervised at all times.
Patch Testing
A patch test may be required 48 hours prior to your treatment to ensure you don't suffer a reaction.
Silent Appointment
If you would like a silent appointment, please let us know in the ‘notes’ box when booking online or pop us a message. We can focus on your treatment while you relax and take time-out from everyday life with no pressure of having to make conversation. No judgement and no questions asked.
Refunds
Palm Beauty Aesthetics do not offer refunds for any completed services or purchased products however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of a purchased product or experience, please contact Palm Beauty Aesthetics as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify and satisfy.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are valid for six months. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or replaced after their expiry date. All gift cards and e-vouchers are non-refundable and can only be redeemed against treatments, they cannot be exchanged for cash. They are not valid with any other offer at Palm Beauty Aesthetics and must be used by one person in one visit. Palm Beauty Aesthetics is not responsible for replacing lost/stolen/expired vouchers. Gift cards can be collected or delivered for a fee.
Payment
Cards and cash accepted. If paying in cash please where possible bring the exact amount.
Discounts/Promotions
Discount/promotions can only be used on singular, full-priced treatments. They are not valid with any other offer, product or treatment course.
Right to refuse service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Security
Palm Beauty Aesthetics is a private, self-contained salon offering advanced skin treatments, Beauty & Aesthetics. Working security cameras are set up on the premises. Should the authorities require footage, Palm Beauty Aesthetics have an obligation to provide that of which is requested.
Policy changes
Palm Beauty Aesthetics have the right to make changes to these policies. Therefore, we recommend that you check these policies regularly.
Privacy
Palm Beauty Aesthetics respect your privacy. We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a safe service. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies. You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services
Prior to your first appointment and any new treatment, you will be asked to complete a consultation with your personal details and medical history to ensure your treatment can be carried out safely. Please let Palm Beauty Aesthetics know if there are any changes to your medical history. Palm Beauty Aesthetics collects these forms through a third party software called Phorest. Phorest maintain these records for your safety, as any health or medical conditions may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not go ahead (e.g. allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions) or a particular product should not be used (e.g. products containing nuts, fish oil). These health records are not used for any other purpose. Client records are held securely within our clinic software system and can only be seen by Palm Beauty Aesthetics.
Palm Beauty Aesthetics will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. Palm Beauty Aesthetics will keep it on a secure server and will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
