By booking an appointment at Palm, you agree to the following T&C's outlined below:

Bookings.
When booking an appointment at Palm, your card details are required to secure your booking. No payment will be taken from your card, you will only be charged in the case of a late cancellation or a no-show.
Cancellations.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason within 48 hours' notice, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to your captured card. However, if we can fill your appointment (we do have waiting lists running), we will of course waiver this charge. If you no longer require a treatment in your booking and wish to cancel part of your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48' hours notice to avoid being charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours' will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged. Clients who cancel three times consecutively will be removed from the booking system and unable to book any future appointments.
All cancellations must be sent to and acknowledged by Francesca info@palmbeautyandaesthetics.com (not by instagram/Facebook).
No-show.
If you do not attend your appointment without any communication, your captured card will be charged in full and you will be required to pay in full upon booking any future appointments.
Late Arrivals.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time reduced accordingly, or in some cases a cancellation and reschedule may be necessary. The full treatment fee will however still be charged.
Payments.
Cards and cash accepted.
Gift Cards.
Gift Cards are valid for six months and cannot be redeemed or replaced after their expiry date. All gift cards and E-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Refunds.
We do not offer refunds on any of our services however, if you are unhappy with your experience at Palm, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Patch Testing.
A patch test may be required 48 hours' prior to your treatment to ensure you don't suffer a reaction. It is important for us to have this information accessible for client safety. Certain treatments cannot be performed without this information.
Health & Safety.
Your health and safety is our top priority, which is why we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Consent & Photography.
Before and after photos and filming content of your treatment may be taken with your consent for treatment monitoring and client progress. These images will not be used for marketing nor shared on our social media page without your explicit permission.
Parking.
Free, on street parking is available and located directly opposite on Maple Way (please be mindful of our neighbours driveways and avoid parking outside any of their houses)! Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early due to limited waiting space.
Pricing Updates.
Pricing and treatments may change without notice, please review regularly.
Privacy.
All information is securely stored via our booking system (Phorest Salon Software) which is password and pin protected. We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. We comply fully with UK Data Protection laws. You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
How Long We Store Your Data For.
We will store your data for 7 years unless asked otherwise. We keep this data to ensure the best possible service is given to you at all times.
Security.
To ensure a secure and safe environment, we have installed outdoor surveillance cameras that record footage for security purposes.
Policy Changes.
Palm has the right to make changes to these policies at anytime, Therefore, we recommend that you review these policies regularly.
You have the right to be taken off our database at any time. To do this please contact Francesca at info@palmbeautyandaesthetics.com and await confirmation of this. You also have the right to access and amend any of your personal data at any time.
